I would like a tour of the hospital. Who do I contact?
You can book a tour by calling the Admitting Dept at 416-925-2251 ext. 230. Please ensure that you book at least 24 hours in advance, so that we can accommodate your needs.
What are the visiting hours?
Visitors are welcome at any time of the day or evening up to 9:00 p.m. Special visitation needs of each patient’s family will be assessed and considered by the Patient Care Management or designate.

The hospital has been temporarily relocated for the remainder of the infrastructure renewal project. All programs and services will be held at 47 Austin Terrace, Toronto, ON M5R 1Y8 (Major intersection – Bathurst and Davenport)

Are pets allowed in the hospital?
Pets are permitted in the hospital, provided that they are kept on a leash or in a carrying cage at all times. The owner assumes full responsibility for the health and behaviour of the pet. Pets that create a hazard for staff, patients and visitors will not be permitted.
Do I need to sign-in?
Yes. Please check in with reception when you arrive.
Can I bring flowers?
Yes, however only non-fragranced flowers are permitted as Toronto Grace is a scent free environment.
How do I pay for services?
You can arrangement payment of services, including Chiropody services through the patient accounts office at reception (Rm 135b).
How do I book or cancel an appointment with Chiropody?

Staff interpreters may be available depending on the time and language requested. Please check with the Patient Care Manager or a member of the nursing team for assistance.
