Dear Friends of The Grace,
The holiday season is almost upon us and we at The Grace are reflecting on a most significant year. Our move to Hillcrest in March of this year marked the beginning of the journey towards the restoration of our site at 650 Church Street.
We are looking forward to experiencing our first winter here at this temporary location and we are busy preparing for our first Christmas at the Hillcrest site. Our patients and staff are eagerly anticipating our annual celebration highlighted by the Tree of Memories which will be proudly on display in our lobby for patients, guests and staff to enjoy. Our tree is an opportunity to remember someone special by donating to have a star, with the name of your choosing, to be placed on the tree. You may wish to do this in honour and memory of a patient who was with us, a current patient, a staff member who was part of your loved one’s care or a family member. Your donation of a star will help us continue to provide for our patients. We will hold a special gathering for patients and staff on December 10, 2014 at 1:30 p.m. to celebrate the season and pay tribute to all the names on the tree.
You make a difference in so many ways with your gifts to The Grace. We are most grateful for your ongoing support and belief in The Grace. We could not do what we do and who we do it for without you!
