The TGHC’s Dietary department recently under went a comprehensive audit.

Compass, TGHC’s food services consultants, is partnered with a 3rd party auditor named Ecosure.  Ecosure audits all Compass units once a year and the audit takes approximately 2-3 hours depending on the unit size.  There are three main categories they focus on: Food Safety, Health and Safety and Environmental, combined there are approx 110 different criteria they assess to complete the audit.  Topics including purchasing, storing, QA procedures and logs, cleaning, sanitizing procedure, environmental awareness, lock out procedures, fire safety and many more.  The company requires  90% to pass the audit.

We are proud to say what a great job Dietary staff has done, considering moving into a new facility and rolling out a new food program, they scored 97.68%.  Congratulations to our Dietary team on this achievement!
