The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre is pleased to announce The Slaight Family Foundation’s $250,000 gift to launch the hospital’s mental health initiative. These funds will be directed over the next four years to provide this much needed care to our patients. The Grace’s vision for mental health services recognizes the complexity of our patients with chronic medical, mental health issues and social conditions.
This generous gift from the The Slaight Family Foundation will allow us, in partnership with St. Michael’s Hospital, to expand our comprehensive approach to care in our Post Acute Care Rehabilitation, Complex Continuing Care and Palliative Care Programs.
