Hospital Tours & Patient Referral Forms

If you and/or a member of your family and friends would like to take a tour of The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre, we would be happy to provide this opportunity.

Hospital Tours can be arranged for:

Monday to Fridays
between the hours of
8 am and 4 pm

Tours are provided by Admitting Department staff and are booked by calling
416-925-2251 extension 230.

Appointments for tours should be booked at least 24 hours in advance so that we can do our best to meet your needs.

Please note that Medical Assistance in Dying (MAiD) is not provided at the Toronto Grace Health Centre. For more information on our Palliative Care Program and MAiD.
