Note 1: Prism Partners was engaged as the program consultant for Stage 1 work re TGHC Infrastructure Renewal Project. This was done through an RFP. Angelus & Associates was a sub-contractor of Prism and assigned to this work. Angelus was engaged directly by TGHC for Stage 2 and beyond. This was done for continuity. Consultant billed on an hourly basis. Andrzej Wodkiewicz, The Salvation Army THQ took over from Angelus in fiscal year 2014/15. The project is estimated to be completed in 2016/17.
Note 2: A non-competitive process was used due to the expertise of the person that was recommended and since the individual was available on an as-needed basis for Human Resources Consulting. This is an ongoing engagement.
Note 3: A non-competitive process was used due to the expertise of the group that was recommended and since the group was available on an as-needed basis for Strategic Planning. This engagement is expected to end in 2015/16.
