The theme of Canadian Patient Safety Week 2017 is Ask.Listen.Talk with a focus on medication safety to make care safer. This week will promote five (5) questions for patients to ask about their medications. There is a quiz for patients and a quiz for health care staff. Please participate in this quiz.
