The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre would like to recognize and congratulate Joshua Moralejo, Clinical Practice Leader and Ostomy and Wound Specialist for sharing his expertise on the Health Quality Ontario (HQO) Wound Advisory Committee which included industry wound experts across Ontario. As a committee member he advised and established clinical best practices for the management of Diabetic Foot Ulcers, Pressure Injuries and Leg Ulcers for all patients across all health settings. Currently the quality standards established are being reviewed by HQO for approval.
Just recently Josh was invited to be a member of the E-Stim Collaboration Executive Council. The Council aims to determine implementation strategies for the use of Electrical Stimulation for Wound Healing across Canada.
