Quality of Life
We truly believe that a high quality of work life encourages staff to deliver the best care and service to our patients and their families at the Grace. Staff become involved at the Grace and actively participate in committees and working groups including the Accessibility Working Group, Education Committee, Ethics Committee, Healthy Workplace Committee, Infection Control Committee, Inter-professional Practice Committee, Joint Occupational Health and Safety Committee, Privacy Committee, Quality Improvement and Risk Management Committee, Recruitment and Retention Committee, and Staff Activities Committee.
Twice a year the Management Team hosts special staff appreciation events, including our own talent contest. The Staff Activities Committee hosts special holiday celebrations and negotiates special event ticket discounts for sporting events and theatre.
