Continuing Education Funding
Lifelong learning is a core competency at Toronto Grace. To support our staff in continuous self-development, each department has an education budget to support staff participation in conferences, seminars, and workshops related to their careers.
Toronto Grace also provides financial support to staff engaged in courses leading to diplomas, degrees, and certifications through its Learning Fund. Recipients come from a broad cross-section of the health centre community including Administration, Dietetic Services, Environmental Services, Financial Services, Health Records, Human Resources, Infection Control, Materials Management, Nursing, Pharmacy, Planning, Rehabilitation Services, and Social Work.
