Staff Recognition
Toronto Grace truly believes that its staff are the everyday heroes of healthcare. Our Annual Awards Ceremony highlights the dedication of long service staff. Our Outstanding Achievement Award recognizes the special contributions of individuals and teams who have furthered our Mission and Values through an innovation that significantly improves a service and/or patient care. Our Quality of Life Award celebrates a specific act of care, comfort, or compassion (outside ones job duties) that demonstrates our values and enhances the quality of life for our patients.
Each year the Management Team hosts Summerfest, a catered buffet and entertainment on our roof garden and Winterfest, a special celebratory dinner served to all three shifts.
