Dr. Aoife Cox received her medical degree at University College Dublin, Ireland. She then completed her Internal Medicine Residency at McMaster University and Rheumatology fellowship at the University of Toronto.
Dr. Mohammed Mohammed obtained his medical degree from the University of Baghdad. He completed internal medicine at the State University of New York at Buffalo, and fellowship in Rheumatology at the University of Toronto. He sees patients with all systemic rheumatic diseases, with particular interest in musculoskeletal ultrasound.
Dr. Leigha Rowbottom obtained her medical degree from the University of Toronto and completed internal medicine at the University of Calgary, and subspecialty training in rheumatology at the University of Toronto. She welcomes all referrals for general rheumatology, with interests in musculoskeletal ultrasound, lupus, rheumatic disease in pregnancy, and inflammatory arthritis.
Dr. Raphael Rush has supervised Toronto Grace’s Outpatient Rheumatology Clinic since 2018. He has a particular interest in rheumatoid arthritis and psoriatic arthritis. He also runs a rapid injection and aspiration clinic for patients who need joint injections or aspirations. Dr. Rush completed his M.D. at Queen’s University, followed by Internal Medicine training and Rheumatology, both at the University of Toronto.
The Outpatient Rheumatology Clinic is located on the main floor at the Toronto Grace Health Centre, at 650 Church Street (corner of Bloor and Church Streets). Accessible on the TTC.

Referral Instructions
Please attach all relevant investigations (e.g., RF, CCP, ANA, any imaging) and ensure that the patient has had imaging of the affected joint(s). Please specify whether the patient has any joint swelling and the suspected diagnosis.
For rapid injections, please ensure the patient has had an x-ray of the affected joint(s). Please prescribe “Kenalog 40mg/mL 5 mL to be administered by MD” and have the patient bring it to the appointment. For shoulder/ankle injections, please ensure an ultrasound is ordered beforehand.
