Antonietta Di Paolo-Kotanidis is a senior executive leader with over two decades of progressive experience in Human Resources and operational leadership across healthcare and service-based organizations. She is known for her strategic acumen in aligning HR and organizational priorities, and for oversight of key portfolios including Facilities, Plant, Maintenance & Environmental Services, Infection Prevention and Control, and other critical support services.

Since joining Toronto Grace Health Centre in 2016, Antonietta has steadily advanced through progressively senior roles, reflecting her exceptional leadership and the continuous expansion of her responsibilities across strategic and operational domains. She serves as an advisor and member of the Board of Trustees.

Her earlier career includes leadership and key HR roles at Surrey Place Centre, LifeLabs Medical Laboratory Services, Compass Group Canada and Unilever Food Solutions. Her experience spans unionized and non-unionized environments, with deep expertise in employee relations, labour law and organizational development.

Antonietta holds two Master’s degrees: a Master of Human Resources Management from York University and a Master of Science, Organizational Leadership from Columbia Southern University. She also earned a Certificate in Labour Law from Osgoode Hall Law School, a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from York University, a Post-Graduate Diploma in Human Resources Management from Seneca College, and multiple certifications in Alternative Dispute Resolution, including an Advanced ADR Certificate from the University of Windsor. She has a Yellow Belt certificate in Lean Six Sigman Healthcare.
