Major Pauline Gruer-Caulfield is the Director of Spiritual & Religious Care at the Toronto Grace Health Centre. She brings with her a broad experience in senior pastoral ministry and leadership development, having served for 35 years as a Salvation Army Officer within Canada, and internationally. Her work has led her to journey with people through seasons of joy and sorrow, from the cradle to the end of life, witnessing forcibly displaced people finding a home, or those facing food insecurity finding renewed hope.

Major Pauline holds a Masters in Theological Studies from Tyndale University.
