BMO Partners with Toronto Grace to Enhance Remote Care Monitoring

The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre is pleased to recognize BMO’s generous $100,000 contribution in support of its Remote Care Monitoring program. This investment will help advance an innovative model of care that enables patients to safely transition from hospital to home while remaining connected to healthcare providers through technology-enabled monitoring and support.
