The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre will be conducting its Annual Patient Satisfaction survey between the weeks of August 28 to September 04 including weekends from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. The survey will be conducted on the Complex Continuing Care and Post Acute Rehabilitation patient care units.
Interviews will be conducted by volunteers who have received training.
