Medical Assistance in Dying (MAID) is not provided at The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre: 

While Medical Assistance in ‘Dying is not provided at Toronto Grace, the hospital recognizes that patients have the right to information about end-of-life options, including seeking information about and/or pursuing medical assistance in dying. For any patient who wishes to pursue medical assistance in dying and meets the eligibility criteria, appropriate and timely transfer of care to another facility will be provided.
