Geriatrician on Staff – Outpatient Clinic
We are pleased to welcome Dr. John Ruth, who will provide Geriatric assessment, which will include cognitive issues, multiple complex medical issues, falls, age related decline, home safety and depression medical issues. This will be done at the Geriatric assessment clinic within two weeks.
Dr. Ruth completed his M.D. at the University of Toronto, followed by Internal Medicine training and a fellowship in Geriatric Medicine both at the University of Toronto. He is on staff at The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre, where he works as a Hospitalist and Geriatric Consultant.
His office will be located at The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre, 650 Church Street (corner of Bloor and Church), on the ground floor.
Referral Instructions
Please attach all relevant investigations, relevant information from hospitals/clinics and any recent relevant bloodwork, any imaging and medication(s).
