The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre will be conducting our Annual Patient Experience Survey between the weeks of July 16 and July 23 including weekends from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m. A team of 7 volunteers received training from NRC on July 3rd to conduct interviews.
Through patient surveys, we receive information that helps us identify where we are doing well and highlights where there are opportunities to improve our care and services. Our patients’ feedback is important to us.
