I feel confident and comfortable providing care to our patients even during the most challenging moments because I know there will always be support from management and other members of the health care team. Because the Toronto Grace is a relatively small hospital there is a familiarity with the staff from various departments, as well as the patients and their families. I believe these relationships are truly valuable in providing patient-centred care, and also in making my work/personal life more meaningful.”
