The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre (TGHC) is pleased to share that the RBC Foundation has generously donated $20,000 to assist with COVID-19 relief. Throughout the pandemic, the TGHC has responded to the needs of our community and the healthcare system at large in providing care to those suffering from COVID-19. Several programs were introduced as a result such as the TGHC’s COVID-19 patient care unit, the Grace RECOVER Program for chronic critical illness patients, as well as the creation of the Specialized Care Centre located at the Toronto Congress Centre in Etobicoke which provides support to long-term care homes and acute care hospitals.
We are truly grateful to the RBC Foundation for acknowledging the role TGHC has played in assisting with the challenges related to the pandemic in the healthcare system.
