The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre would like to acknowledge and thank the Honourable Christine Elliott, Ontario’s Deputy Premier and Minister of Health, for her visit to the Toronto Grace last evening.  This gave us the opportunity to showcase our programs and services, as well as the work of The Salvation Army through its ministries across the province of Ontario.

We would like to take this opportunity to thank Ranil Mendis, Board member, for setting up this visit with Minister Elliott.  We would also like to express our sincere gratitude to Major Glenda Davis, Social Services Secretary, and Major Elizabeth Price, Executive Director, The Salvation Army Toronto Harbour Light Ministries, Homestead Addiction Services and Kingston Harbour Light, for all their support on behalf of The Salvation Army ministries.  Thank you to the supportive leadership of  Lieut.-Colonel Fred Waters and Lieut.-Colonel John Murray, members of The Salvation Army Governing Council for Canada.

The implementation of Ontario Health Teams gives The Salvation Army an opportunity to integrate our services throughout Ontario.
