At the Grace, we are grateful for the traditions we observe; old and new.
Our “Tree of Memories” Appeal is one that is a valued tradition at the Grace. We invite you to participate by making a gift in honour or memory of a loved one or friend. The name is recognized on a star and placed on our Tree of Memories which is on display in the Weston Family Welcome Centre throughout the holiday season proudly holding these names for all to see.
One of our more recent traditions is the gift of “light” generously given to us by Christmas Décor. The lights brighten our facility in a truly festive way for the holiday season. This is always much appreciated and enjoyed by patients, family members, staff and our neighbouring community at Church and Bloor Streets in Toronto.
This gift to the Grace helps to lift the spirits of those within our care at this time of year, just as your gift to the Grace helps our patients each and every day while they are here.
