Mrs. Lin came to The Salvation Army Toronto Grace Health Centre from acute care, and now three years later she is going home to a newly renovated home with her doting husband and son!
What a journey… she has had her tracheostomy tube removed and has learned how to communicate with facial expressions. Mrs. Lin is returning home with all the supports she needs to be successful.
